1782 / Huerta on Winter / Valencia

Taking advantage of the great weather! At one ok favorite spots to sketch in Valencia, the “Huerta”. I’m looking forward to paint it, hopefully tomorrow! 1h10 #uniball on #caballo paper.

Another one is finished. I went to Rua de Sant’Ana several times searching this short moment of beautiful light!

Leça da Palmeira, “a terra mais bonita de Portugal”, diz a canção. “The most beautiful village in Portugal” says the song.

1761 / Bushwick car – Chevrolet Impala // Brooklyn

If you live in Bushwick you should have notice this lovely Chevy Impala, always parked around this corner. I did the sketch on site, drawing it directly on ink and painting using watercolor. This image was used to ilustrate to my NYC book cover, awarded at the 18e rendez-vous du Carnet de Voyage.

Finished this afternoon the sketch at Ruzafa , one of the coolest neighborhoods in Valencia! Back to big 33x48cm format, uniball and pentel brushpen on fabriano paper.
