Loved this little alleyway on the back of Chiesa Nuova: full of wires, dirty colors and contrasting forms and shadows.

Marina Grande or Sorrento’s beach: loud music, totally packed, a bit smelly, but a funny, colorful and eclectic atmosphere.

Having dinner at the piazzetta of Castellabate. This little village was put on the map for being the main scenario of the movie “Benvenuti al Sud”.

1638 / Conca dei Marini fishermen house / Amalfi

Another watercolor of one of my favorite beaches at Amalfi, Conca dei Marini. This time in Canson paper and fewer outline definition than usual. By the way, while I was eating at the nice restaurant’s esplanade, I was told that Jackie Kennedy used to rent a house in this beach for her vacations and Sophia Loren used to own a Villa here.

The amazingly preserved Temple of Neptune at Paestum. Piranesi was here in 1777 and described it as “surprising by its magnificence and greatness”.
