Sketching inside the car this morning. Itsnthe 12th consecutive rainy day in Valencia! Something that didn’t happen for almost 150 years!! I was so looking forward to sketch out, the car was my only chance. S
BTW, I started this sketch in a sunny day using direct watercolor, today I inked with with a #lamysafary F.
Sketch done at one of the touristy squares at El Carmen armen, V alencia. Started with #lamysafari, then #uniball and #pigmamicron and #pentelbrushpen for the dark values. #strathmore paper. (22,9×30,5 cm)

This sketch is slightly smaller than the ones I usually do, although it took me 2 hours! I thought “smaller” would mean “faster” , but it is not always like that, is it?
Urban Sketchers Valencia meeting, at Av. del Puerto. Always wanted to sketch this building, is it great? Now I regret not having my watercolors and bigger format with me.

Comission sketch for the Museo bellas Artes de Valencia , one of my favourite buildings to visit in Valencia. I love the light at the main facade at the end of the day. This light doesn’t last too much time, so I had to do it in two different days.
I wanted to sketch this view for a long time. It is done from the former river that now is a beautiful garden where I usually jog and ride my bycicle.
